"I’ve been a customer of barbs for around 10 years. I made a claim on my house after a storm damaged gutters. Claim ended up getting denied and barbs team did not have my back. I was told to file a new claim because it was hail damage on my roof. State Farm made excuses not to cover the shingles with hail damage, only a different portion of the roof with damage. Barbs team did not stand up for me, did not help me at all. Now barbs team is kicking me off State Farm for “frequent claims” it’s absurd. It was one issue that became two dates in their system. Frequent claims is not true, and State Farm did their best to provide no coverage and then kick me off. Crazy. You want a good review? Give me some real customer service. I pay over a 1,000 a month in coverage to State Farm and this is what I get?"
